Each individual is limited to one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
2. Earning Cash Back
To qualify for Cash Back, you must log in to your Kickbackly account and click through the merchant link provided on our site before completing your purchase.
Cash Back will not be credited if you visit a merchant site directly without using Kickbackly links.
Only eligible purchases, as determined by the merchant, will qualify for Cash Back. Items such as gift cards, taxes, fees, and canceled or returned orders are typically excluded.
3. Tracking & Confirmation
Cash Back is credited only after the merchant confirms your purchase as valid and non-returned. This process may take several days to weeks, depending on the merchant’s policies.
Kickbackly is not responsible for transactions that fail to track due to cookie deletions, ad blockers, or other technical issues.
4. Notification & Payout
Once your Cash Back is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
Cash Back will be credited to your Kickbackly account balance.
Minimum payout thresholds, payment methods, and payout schedules will be published on our site and are subject to change.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
Cash Back offers are subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice.
Only purchases made directly through Kickbackly links are eligible.
Kickbackly reserves the right to withhold or cancel Cash Back in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
Kickbackly provides services “as is” and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Kickbackly is not responsible for the actions, policies, or eligibility criteria of third-party merchants.
All merchant terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.
