When will a sold-out product be back in stock? Most limited-edition sneakers are not restocked once they sell out. However, for standard collections, you can sign up for an email notification by clicking on your desired size on the product page.
How long does delivery to Denmark take? Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Shipping to Denmark usually takes between 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier selected at checkout.
How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also monitor your order status directly from your Footshop account profile.
What is the return policy? You can return unworn items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that shoeboxes are packed inside a protective outer box to avoid damage during transit.
Can I exchange an item for a different size? We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
